Winner of raffleOn April 10, 2025, Hill College hosted its 20th annual Boots & Suits fundraising event at The Union House in Cleburne, Texas, an event that brings together individuals across the Hill College community for fellowship and support of the college.

A total of $64,500 was raised in sponsorships that will allow the college to provide scholarships for students in need. In addition, $9,175 was raised for the Pamela Boehm Student Emergency Fund.

This year’s event was filled with events and games, including the always favorite Wine & Whiskey Toss, various casino table games, a dessert wheel, mystery boxes, and other raffle items.

Every year, the Hill College community continues to show support for this event, which benefits current and future students. Community support of Boots & Suits strengthens Hill College’s ability to lead students toward success. Each year, Hill College serves over 5,000 students who are eager to advance their education.

“The 20th anniversary Boots & Suits event was an amazing success. Not only did attendees have a great time, but we were able to raise substantial funds for both scholarships and student emergency aid. We are so grateful for all the sponsors who come together for a great cause every year,” said Executive Director of Institutional Advancement Ashlee Ferguson.Attendee playing cornhole

Dr. Mills and the Hill College staff would like to thank all the event sponsors for their generosity. The college would particularly like to thank the Presenting and Gold level sponsors for this year:

KYA, which specializes in creating educational and recreational environments, was the sole Presenting Sponsor donating $10,000 to the college.

Both Pinnacle Bank and Scinary Cybersecurity, which provides cybersecurity for educational institutions, donated $5,000 each.
